Terms And Conditions
- One-shot payment: No installment payments. VA up to 26% will be waived off. Any VA above 26% on selected jewellery will be additional.
- All purchases can be made only after 365 days from the date of joining. The scheme cannot be terminated or purchased before the maturity date.
- During jewellery purchase after completion of 365 days, if the VA is below 26%, the remaining balance will not be redeemed in future purchases. The benefit ends at the time of scheme purchase.
- This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offers provided by the company.
- VA mentioned on the jewellery tag is full and final. No modifications will be entertained.
- Stone charges and government taxes are applicable as per the rates on the delivery date.
- There will be no cash refund under any circumstances.
- Jewellery will be issued only upon submission of the original contract note.
- The company is not responsible for sending maturity reminders.
- In case of the contract holder’s absence, a nominee may claim the purchase by submitting valid ID proof and a No Objection Certificate from the card holder.
- For minor applicants, the scheme must be operated only by the parent or legal guardian.
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or delete any of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction only.
