Terms And Conditions
- All installments must be of equal amount and paid continuously over the scheme tenure of 15 months.
- The minimum installment amount is ₹1,000, followed by additional multiples of ₹500.
- VA up to 22% will be waived off. Any VA above 22% on selected jewellery will be charged additionally.
- After completion of the 15-month tenure, if the VA is below 22%, the remaining VA balance will not be redeemed in future purchases. The benefit ends at the time of scheme purchase.
- Monthly installments must be paid between the 1st and 10th of each month. In case of default, the maturity date will be postponed by the number of delayed months.
- Subscribers who discontinue monthly payments will be eligible to purchase jewellery after maturity for the amount deposited. However, VA applicable as per the jewellery tag will be charged.
- This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offers provided by the company.
- VA mentioned on the jewellery tag is full and final. No modifications will be entertained.
- Customers may pay installments in advance; however, the purchase date will remain unchanged and will not be preponed.
- The maturity date will be 30 days after the 15th installment payment or on completion of 15 months from the date of joining, whichever is later.
- Stone charges and any other applicable product charges shall be borne by the customer at the time of billing.
- GST will be applicable as per government norms and shall be paid by the customer.
- For online payments, the account number for transfer is provided on the front page of the passbook.
- There will be no refund of deposits under any circumstances.
- Jewellery will be issued only upon submission of the original passbook.
- In case of any dishonored cheque, a penalty of ₹300 will be levied. Thereafter, payments will be accepted only in cash or through Demand Draft (DD).
- No reminders for payments or dues will be sent. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make payments on time.
- The passbook must be produced at the time of remittance of payments.
- Receipts will be issued for all payments made during the tenure of the scheme.
- Customers must ensure that all payments are accurately entered in the passbook. Any discrepancy should be reported to the management or staff immediately for correction.
- Nominee details under this scheme are mandatory.
- In the absence of the scheme member, a nominee may claim the purchase by submitting valid ID proof and a No Objection Certificate from the card holder.
- For minor applicants, the scheme must be operated only by the parent or legal guardian.
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or delete any of the terms and conditions at any time.
- In case of a lost passbook, charges will be applied for reissue of a duplicate passbook. Charges will also apply if the passbook is not submitted at the time of scheme closure.
- All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction only (Hubli).
